When you submit an inquiry on our website or message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred wedding date and location, guest count, ceremony format and budget preferences, and the content of your correspondence with us.

We also collect anonymized technical data about site visits: device type, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, used for analytics and advertising (sections 10-12 below).

We do not attempt to identify visitors based solely on technical or analytics data.

4. Email and Messaging Apps

Our website and messaging channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook) let you contact us directly. We use the information you provide to answer your question and offer suitable wedding options.

Please note that email and messaging apps are not always a fully secure means of communication. Please do not send us payment card details or other especially sensitive information through these channels; we use separate, secure methods for payments.

We do not share your data with other companies for marketing purposes without your consent.

We may disclose data where required by law, in response to requests from public authorities, or to protect our rights and the rights of our clients and website users.

Any vendor that accesses your data while providing services on our behalf is required to use it only for that purpose and to keep it secure.

Please note that our website may contain links to venue, partner, and social media sites that we do not control. NeverEnd is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party sites.

10. Use of Cookies

We use cookies to:

1. Understand how many people visit the site and which pages interest them most.
