About Us
NeverEnd is a wedding agency with an office in Budva. We work across Montenegro — the Bay of Kotor, the Budva Riviera, Luštica, Sveti Stefan, Skadar Lake and the mountains inland.
Nearly every couple we work with lives somewhere else: the UK, the US, Israel, the UAE, elsewhere in Europe. Most of them never stand in their venue, or in front of us, until the week of the wedding. That kind of trust has to be earned before anyone books a flight, which is why this page goes into detail.

Darya Lesina, founder and producer
The agency is led by wedding planner Darya Lesina, now in her ninth year in the industry. She started as a personal stylist for brides, moved on to running weddings end to end, and works today as an event producer.
That path shows in the work. Darya will talk through the cut of a sleeve and, in the same conversation, check the restaurant contract, question a line in the budget and explain why a coach full of guests will never make it up that street in the old town.

What she brings to a couple:
- Reading the couple. The first call exists to find out what you actually want, rather than to convert your Pinterest board into an invoice. Concepts turn around completely after an hour of talking, and the couple usually sounds relieved when they do.
- International experience. Couples from different countries and different traditions: bilingual ceremonies, guests flying to the Balkans for the first time, families where one half needs everything translated for the other.
- A producer’s eye. Beyond the aesthetics — the schedule, the money, who does what and by when. Running a celebration for 60 people is closer to running a small festival than most couples expect.
- Steadiness. Weather turns, flights are late, a supplier drops out. Couples tend to hear about all of it afterwards, over coffee.
How the agency works
One point of contact. Everything comes to your planner. You are not running ten separate chats with a florist, a restaurant, a photographer and a driver, then reconciling what they told you.
No commission from suppliers. Our fee comes from you. That means a recommendation carries nobody’s cut — we put forward a photographer because the pictures match what you want.
The fee is agreed before the contract. You know what our work costs before you sign, and the number does not climb as your budget grows. The breakdown by format sits on Packages & Prices.
We live here. Year-round, rather than flying in for the wedding week. The difference shows in small things: we know the late-August road from Budva to Kotor eats an extra forty minutes, and we build that into the schedule.
Two languages with you, three on site. English or Russian with the couple. Montenegrin with the restaurant, the municipality and local suppliers. You never write those emails.
A rain plan exists from the start. Every outdoor ceremony gets a written alternative in advance: a covered space on the same property, a marquee, or a two-hour shift. We make the call in the morning and show you how it will look.
Who works on your wedding
The team is assembled per celebration, around a core that stays the same.
Your planner and producer carries the project from the first call to the last airport transfer. On larger weddings Darya takes that role herself.
Day-of coordinators arrive before anyone and leave after everyone. From 60 guests up, two of them work the day: one holds the ceremony and dinner, the other handles guests, transport and suppliers.
The Guest Visa Desk looks after guests who need a visa — a document checklist per person, invitations and venue confirmations, a submission calendar with reminders, and a second attempt if a file is refused. Priced separately at €60–120 per person.
Concierge services cover everything around the celebration: a welcome dinner the night before, a day trip, a yacht the morning after, a restaurant table for the parents, a babysitter for the evening.
Suppliers. A wedding for 40 people runs on 8–12 of them: photo and video, decorator, florist, catering, MC, musicians, hair and makeup, cake, sound and lighting. We work with people we have tested on our own projects and answer for each of them.
The Montenegro we actually know
Our list holds more than 70 checked places, from villas above the bay to a fortress on an island. Behind each one sits the kind of detail a catalogue never carries: where the sunset lands well in June and disappears behind a hill by September, which villa’s generator will not take a serious sound system, which restaurant genuinely plates 80 covers and which one promises and then stalls on the mains.
Things we hold in our heads permanently:
- the season runs April to November, and villas for June and September go 8–12 months ahead;
- every municipality sets its own rules and its own lead times for ceremonies held outside its offices;
- the streets of Kotor and Perast were not built for coaches, so guests travel differently there;
- Tivat airport sits 15–60 minutes from most of the coast; Podgorica takes longer and costs more;
- seasonal local flowers — lavender, oleander, olive branches — cut a floral bill by 30–50 %.

Who we suit, and who we don’t
An honest answer here saves everyone a month.
We are a good fit if you are bringing 15 to 100+ people, for a single day on the coast or a three-day celebration; if you live abroad and are happy to prepare remotely; if you want somebody holding the money and the deadlines while you get on with your life; if you want to see every invoice and understand what you paid for.
We are probably the wrong choice if you are hunting the cheapest quote on the market — we lose that race on purpose; if you need one supplier and no planner, in which case go to them directly; if the wedding is in Italy, Croatia or Greece, because we work in Montenegro only and will not take on a country we do not know at this depth.

Questions about us
Who exactly will run our wedding?
The planner you speak to on the first call stays with the project to the end. We do not hand couples between account managers halfway through. From 50 guests upwards, Darya is involved personally.
Can we meet before signing anything?
Yes. If you are in Montenegro, we meet in Budva or walk a property together. If you are not, we do it on video, show places on film and answer whatever you want to ask. Most couples sign without ever having been here.
What languages do you work in?
English and Russian with couples, Montenegrin with restaurants, municipalities and local suppliers. A court interpreter, where the law requires one, is arranged separately.
Do you take a commission from suppliers?
No. We earn from our own fee, paid by the couple. Supplier invoices reach you exactly as they were issued.
Do you work outside Montenegro?
No. We keep our knowledge deep in one country instead of spreading it across the Adriatic. If you want Italy or Croatia, we will tell you on the first call.
How many weddings do you take at once?
In peak months we cap the number of projects so dates never overlap and no coordinator splits a day between two couples. For any given date we are either free or we say plainly that we are not.
What if the planner falls ill the day before?
A team runs the project rather than one person. Timelines, budgets, contacts and agreements sit in shared access, and a backup coordinator already knows the wedding. Couples do not notice the swap.
Are you a local agency or an international one?
Both, in practice. We live and work in Montenegro and deal with venues in their own language, and we work with couples in English and Russian. Booking a Russian-speaking wedding planner in Montenegro usually means choosing between someone who speaks your language and someone who knows the country — here you do not have to.
Ours is a small celebration. Are you interested?
