Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting my details through any form on https://neverend.wedding, I freely, knowingly and in my own interest give my consent to NeverEnd Wedding Agency, (the “Controller”), to process my personal data on the terms set out below.

1. Data processed

  • name (or first and last name);
  • email address;
  • phone number;
  • the content of any message submitted through a form;
  • technical data: IP address, browser and device type, referral source, pages viewed, cookie data and web analytics data.

The Controller does not request or collect special categories of data (health, religious or political beliefs, biometric data, etc.).

2. Purposes of processing

  • responding to enquiries submitted through the contact form;
  • communication regarding an order, consultation or commercial proposal;
  • sending informational and marketing newsletters — where I have separately subscribed;
  • analysing site traffic and improving the website;
  • complying with the Controller’s legal obligations.

Processing is carried out on the basis of my consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and where applicable because processing is necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), or the legitimate interests of the Controller (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Processing operations

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, rectification, use, transfer to processors, anonymisation, restriction, erasure and destruction — by both automated and non-automated means.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data may be shared with processors acting on the Controller’s instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations: hosting provider, email marketing service, web analytics services, CRM system. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own advertising purposes. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, the Controller ensures an adequate level of protection (Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).

6. Retention period

Data is retained until the purposes of processing are fulfilled, and in any case no longer than 3 years from the date of last interaction, unless a longer period is required by law. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until consent is withdrawn.

7. My rights

I have the right to: access my data and obtain a copy of it; request rectification of inaccurate data; request erasure (“right to be forgotten”); restrict processing; object to processing, including for direct marketing purposes; receive my data in a machine-readable format (data portability); not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing; and lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by emailing neverend.wed @ gmail.com or using the “unsubscribe” link in any newsletter. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal. Following withdrawal, the Controller will cease processing and erase the data, except where retention is required by law.

9. Confirmation

By submitting the form, I confirm that I am 16 years of age or older, that all details provided are my own and accurate, and that I have read the Privacy Policy.

Privacy overview
NeverEnd

NeverEnd uses cookies so the website works properly and so we can see which pages are useful to couples planning a wedding in Montenegro.

Necessary cookies are always on — without them forms and language switching break. Everything else is your choice, and you can change it at any time.

Necessary

These cookies handle the basics: your language, sending an enquiry form, spam protection and remembering your cookie choice.

The site cannot work without them, so they cannot be switched off.

Analytics

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity show us how many people visit the site and which pages they read. The data is anonymous — we cannot tell who you are.

If you switch this off, nothing changes for you; we simply will not know which pages were helpful.
