Full planning covers the whole cycle of a destination wedding, from the first call to the last transfer home. Partial planning picks up a wedding you have already started. Day-of coordination leaves the preparation with you and puts a coordinator on site.

One money detail before you fall in love with a place: a Montenegrin property takes a non-refundable deposit of 20–30 % of the hire fee at booking. We hold a date only after you have seen it on video or in person.

A Montenegro wedding for 40 guests runs on 8–12 vendors. We know each of them personally and answer for the result.

Eight to ten hours of coverage, drone footage, an edited film. Photographs land in 4–6 weeks, video in 6–10.

How our planning fee is calculated
Most Montenegro wedding planners leave this off their website. We will put it in writing.
For coordination, partial and full planning the fee is fixed: €1,500, €2,500 and €3,500. You know the number at the start and it does not climb as your budget does.
Production works differently: 10 % of the budget, with a minimum of €6,000. The higher of the two figures applies.

Timeline and coordination on the day
Two weeks out you receive the schedule: when hair and makeup start, when everyone gathers, how long the ceremony runs, when the mains are served, when the first dance happens and when the last bus leaves. The venue, the photo team, catering and the musicians each get their own version.

What happens if it rains
Every outdoor ceremony gets a rain plan written in advance: a covered space on the same property, a marquee, or a two-hour shift when the forecast says the shower is short. We make the call in the morning and show you how it will look.

Guests: visas, transfers and accommodation
A destination wedding lives or dies on guest logistics. Forty people fly in from four or five countries, each with a different passport and a different arrival time.
A welcome dinner the night before, a day trip, a yacht the morning after — our concierge services take those on.

The wedding season runs April to November.
May, June, September and the first half of October
give soft light, warm sea and open terraces, and those months empty the calendar first.
July and August
bring the warmest water and the busiest coast, so we push ceremonies to the evening.
April and November
cost noticeably less and need a confident rain plan — the shoulder season is the cheapest way to marry here.
The booking rule is simple: the more wanted the place and the month, the earlier you commit. Villas for June and September go 8–12 months out.

Photo and video, decorator, florist, catering, MC, musicians, hair and makeup, cake. We only work with people we have tested on our own weddings, and since we take no commission, the recommendation follows your brief.
We don’t speak Montenegrin. Who talks to the venue?
Your planner does. Correspondence and negotiation sit with us, and we work with you in English or Russian throughout.
