Full Destination Wedding Planning in Montenegro
You pick the date, the format and the number of guests. Everything after that runs through a planner in Montenegro: venue search, vendor contracts, the budget, the run sheet and airport pickups. Six months out you hold a concept and an estimate. The night before, a minute-by-minute timeline. On your wedding day, a coordinator who keeps all of it moving.

On the first call we say which format you need. If coordination at €1,500 covers it, we are not going to sell you production.

Your vendor team in Montenegro
A Montenegro wedding for 40 guests runs on 8–12 vendors. We know each of them personally and answer for the result.

Everyone on our list works in English, most also in Russian, and we speak Montenegrin with the property and the municipality. You will not be decoding translated emails to work out what your decorator meant.
We take no commission from suppliers. Our planning fee comes from you, so the recommendation follows your brief rather than someone’s cut.
Budget and estimate: what a Montenegro wedding costs
What does the sum consist of:
| Budget line | Guide figure for 40 guests |
|---|---|
| Venue and catering | €8 000 – 18 000 |
| Decor and floral design | €3 500 – 7 000 |
| Photo and video | €3 000 – 4 500 |
| MC and music | €800 – 2 500 |
| Hair, makeup, cake, stationery | €600 – 1 500 |
| Transfers and guest logistics | €1 200 – 2 500 |
| NeverEnd planning fee | от €3 500 |
How our planning fee is calculated
For coordination, partial and full planning the fee is fixed: €1,500, €2,500 and €3,500. You know the number at the start and it does not climb as your budget does.
Production works differently: 10 % of the budget, with a minimum of €6,000. The higher of the two figures applies.
A €50,000 budget → 10 % is €5,000, so you pay €6,000.
A €120,000 budget → 10 % is €12,000, so you pay €12,000.
Timeline and coordination on the day
One coordinator works the wedding, and from 60 guests upwards, two. They meet the suppliers, check the setup, hold the timeline and deal with whatever goes sideways before it reaches you.

Guests: visas, transfers and accommodation
A welcome dinner the night before, a day trip, a yacht the morning after — our concierge services take those on.

The Montenegro wedding season: when to get married
The wedding season runs April to November.
Montenegro, Italy, Croatia or Greece
Couples comparing Adriatic destinations usually narrow it to four countries.

Which ceremony goes inside your celebration
Destination weddings in Montenegro are built around one of three ceremonies.
Why couples choose NeverEnd

The agency is led by Darya Lesina — nine years in the industry, from bridal styling to producing full-scale events. As a destination wedding planner she knows Montenegro from the inside: which terrace catches the sunset, which villa cannot take a serious sound system, which restaurant genuinely handles 80 covers and which one only says it can.

Frequently asked questions
Concept, venue search, the vendor team, a line-by-line budget with payment control, the timeline, coordination on the day and file collection afterwards. Guest logistics and document support are part of the same service.
Coordination covers the wedding itself, to a plan you already have, from €1,500. Full planning is 3–6 months of preparation plus that same day, from €3,500. Partial planning sits between the two.
From €30,000 all in. The exact figure depends on the venue and the level of your suppliers, and it appears in the estimate after our first call.
Coordination, partial and full planning are fixed at €1,500, €2,500 and €3,500. Production is 10 % of the budget with a €6,000 minimum, whichever is higher.
Six to nine months is comfortable. Three to four works, with a shorter shortlist. Villas for June and September book 8–12 months ahead, and May, June, September and early October fill up first.
Yes, and most couples do. Venues go on video, vendors come with portfolios and calls, contracts are signed online. Arriving 2–3 days before the date is enough.
Photo and video, decorator, florist, catering, MC, musicians, hair and makeup, cake. We only work with people we have tested on our own weddings, and since we take no commission, the recommendation follows your brief.
Your planner does. Correspondence and negotiation sit with us, and we work with you in English or Russian throughout.
Every outdoor ceremony has a backup written in advance — a covered space on the property, a marquee, or a shift in the schedule. We decide in the morning and show you how it will look.
The estimate is itemised with a payment schedule, and you approve every deposit. The property takes 20–30 % at booking; the rest is spread across the months before the date.
Most European, UK and US passports do not, and Russian citizens are exempt until 1 November 2026. For the rest, our Guest Visa Desk handles it at €60–120 per person.
Yes, and it is a common plan: the legal formalities in the morning, the ceremony your guests attend in the evening.
From 15 guests to 100+. For two people travelling alone, elopement is the format built for it.
A welcome dinner the night before, the wedding itself, and a brunch or a yacht trip the morning after. We run that format as production.
We collect the photo and video files and close accounts with every vendor who worked on it. Photos arrive in 4–6 weeks, video in 6–10.
