New Year corporate party in Montenegro

Five ready-made concepts — or any scenario your team comes up with. Full-service corporate event planning: one hour’s flight from Belgrade, two to three days, from the transfer to the last dance.

Why Montenegro

A celebration worth getting together for

Your team works for one company but sees each other mostly in chat. A party in a Belgrade restaurant is over in four hours, and tomorrow everyone’s back home. A New Year corporate party in Montenegro is a two-day offsite: time to talk, dance, sleep in and talk some more.

01

Two whole days together

One evening is too short for a team, but two days give you memories for a year. Team building by day — a quest around Kotor or a tasting by Lake Skadar — and the main celebration at night.

02

Fun for everyone

A dance floor for those who want to party and cosy corners for those who prefer it quieter. The programme is built so that nobody gets bored.

03

Montenegro as a gift

Mountains, sea, wine and local food. A country an hour’s flight away that will show your team a whole new side. We handle the entire trip.

❄ Five concepts

Pick the mood for your New Year — or invent your own

A New Year corporate party in Montenegro can take many forms: mountains, the Riviera, an old town, a techno tunnel or a Balkan feast. Each concept is a ready-made event programme: venue, show, dress code and a highlight your team will talk about all next year. Didn’t find yours? We’ll create a sixth concept together.

01 · Kolašin

“Altitude 1600”

Snow, fire and the whole team on one summit

Kolašin is 45 minutes from Podgorica airport, yet it feels like the Alps. Here the year’s results become a route you’ve climbed, and the new year — your next summit. Warm lanterns, the smell of wood and mulled wine, sheepskins on the benches and real fir trees.

15–200 guests · overnight trip

Evening programme

“Altitude 1600” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Ski and snowboard with instructors — with a separate group for beginners
  • Race on snowmobiles or hike to Lake Biograd
  • Do a winter team-building quest with riddles about the company and a finish by the bonfire
  • Warm up in the spa, taste cheeses and Kolašin honey, make mulled wine

Show: après-ski with a DJ on the terrace, acoustic music at dinner, a cover band and the instructors’ torchlight descent.

Where: Swissôtel Kolašin — ski-in, 40–150 guests · Bianca Resort & Spa — pools and its own club, 50–200 · Kolasin Valleys chalets — fireplace and terrace, 15–30.

Dress code: Mountain chic. Cosy sweaters, corduroy, beige and dark green. Comfortable shoes — the best part is outdoors.

Highlight: a chain of lights descends the dark slope and fireworks burst over the valley. The whole team looks up — at its next summit.

02 · Tivat

“Riviera Casino”

A night when everyone is a bit of a secret agent

The 1960s Riviera: live jazz, yacht lights outside the windows, black, white and gold. Every guest gets a cover story and a secret mission, and at the end you find out whose code opens the safe with the grand prize. The invitation arrives as a dossier, and a vintage convertible waits at the entrance for photos.

50–350 guests

Evening programme

“Riviera Casino” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Play poker, roulette and blackjack with real croupiers. Branded chips, real prizes at the final auction
  • Carry out the mission from your envelope and meet colleagues you’ve only seen on Slack
  • Mix your own cocktail with the bartender
  • Take a daytime yacht trip around the Bay of Kotor and stop at Perast

Show: a swing jazz band, a magician at your table, awards like “Agent licensed to deploy on Friday”, a DJ into the night.

Where: Regent Porto Montenegro — a palazzo by the marina, up to 250 guests · Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay — a ballroom on the bay, up to 350 · a yacht on the Bay of Kotor — sunset aperitif, 10–80.

Dress code: Black tie optional. Tuxedos and cocktail dresses. Tuxedos can be rented; bow ties and gloves wait at the entrance.

Highlight: the safe opens to a drum roll. The master code was with the colleague nobody suspected all along.

03 · Kotor

“Venetian Night”

A night when masks take off job titles

Kotor was part of the Venetian Republic for three centuries, and in winter the town is almost entirely yours. The evening begins with a torchlit procession through the Old Town and an aperitif in a palazzo, and continues with a ball overlooking the bay. While the masks are on, there are no juniors and team leads — only guests.

20–350 guests

Evening programme

“Venetian Night” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Paint your own mask at a daytime workshop
  • Complete the “Doge’s Secret” quest through coats of arms and squares and rediscover the town
  • Guess in the app which manager hides behind which mask
  • Visit a tarot reader for a 2027 prediction

Show: a string quartet at the aperitif, an opera voice suddenly singing among the guests, a fire show and acrobats in carnival costumes, Italo disco till morning.

Where: Kotor Old Town — procession and aperitif · Hyatt Regency Kotor Bay — ball on the bay, up to 350 · Regent Porto Montenegro — Venetian-style halls, up to 150 · a captain’s house in Perast — intimate dinner, 20–40.

Dress code: Masquerade. Velvet, lace, burgundy, emerald, black. We provide the mask — no need to hunt for a costume.

Highlight: the clock strikes midnight and everyone takes off their masks at once. The room laughs, applauds and gets to know each other all over again.

04 · Šipčanik

«Release 2027»

A party you’ll deploy together

Near Podgorica there’s a wine cellar in a former secret aircraft hangar: a 356-metre tunnel 30 metres underground. Here the team closes the 2026 sprint and ships 2027 to production — a corporate New Year for people who speak in commits. Neon markings along the tunnel, the year’s commits and the team’s cities on the vaults, barrels instead of cocktail tables. It’s always 17–19 °C inside — forget about the weather.

50–300 guests

Evening programme

“Release 2027” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Get a cyberpunk portrait in an AI photo booth
  • Invent the most useless startup of the year in 45 minutes and pitch it to the execs
  • Battle it out at fighting games and football on retro arcades
  • Send your wishes for 2027 to a live dashboard via QR code

Show: a laser or drone show at the entrance, a live electronic set with visuals under the vaults, “Release of the Year” awards — “Most Stable Production”, “Pull Request with the Longest Review”.

Where: Šipčanik cellar, Plantaže — 10 minutes from Podgorica, the main stage · Hilton Podgorica — accommodation and the daytime programme, up to 200 · Porto Montenegro Auditorium — a seaside hall, up to 560.

Dress code: Neon & Black. A black base and one bright neon accent. Sneakers welcome. Neon accessories and UV make-up wait at the entrance.

Highlight: the CEO presses the “Deploy 2027” button on stage and the whole tunnel lights up. Release successful.

Serbian twin: “Belgrade After Dark”, Belgrade →

05 · Balkans

“Kafana 2027”

New Year like a big family

You’re greeted with bread and rakija and seated at long tables, where the DevOps engineer ends up next to the accountant. Songs, toasts, trumpeters and the kolo. The warmest of the five formats — after it, the Balkans truly feel like home. Wooden tables, embroidered linen tablecloths, garlands of peppers and oranges. Place cards spell names the Montenegrin way: Andrew becomes Andrija.

15–350 guests

Evening programme

“Kafana 2027” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Taste Vranac and Krstač with the winemaker
  • Cook kačamak, pita and meat under the sač, then dine on what the team made
  • Learn the kolo in 15 minutes — everyone joins the circle
  • Play the “How Balkan Are You Already?” quiz and hold a mock lying-down championship

Show: a klapa choir or tamburica band on arrival, a gusle player with old songs, a folk ensemble and kolo, a DJ with Balkan and international hits.

Where: wineries by Lake Skadar — family wine, 20–80 · Njeguši and Cetinje — pršut and the royal capital, 20–60 · an ethno village in Brezna — cabins with fireplaces, 15–40 · a hotel ballroom styled as a kafana — 100–350.

Dress code: Balkan casual. White, red and one ethnic detail. Everyone gets a Montenegrin kapa cap as a keepsake at the entrance.

Highlight: a brass band marches in, and even the quietest join the circle dance.

Serbian twin: “Balkan Cinema”, Mokra Gora →

06 · Your theme

“Any scenario”

The five concepts are what we’ve already put together. But your party doesn’t have to order from the menu: a medieval feast in a fortress above the bay, a school of magic, a dark superhero city, a pirate brig, a space station, 1940s noir. We write a script with roles and a finale, build sets and lighting for the world, hand out costumes at the door and design activities everyone joins in — not just three people while the rest watch. There are venues for it: the fortresses of Kotor and Perast, mountain ethno villages, the Šipčanik tunnel, hotel ballrooms.

Trip format

The country by day, the party by night

Concepts can be combined. A corporate trip has two parts: team building by day — a quest around Kotor or a tasting by Lake Skadar — and a gala, ball or party at night. That way the team gets both Montenegro and New Year.

Day 1

  • Arrival, transfer and check-in
  • A quest, a yacht on the bay or a tasting
  • The main night in your chosen concept

Day 2

  • Late breakfast, spa or a walk
  • A workshop, a winery or a mountain trail
  • Transfer home with lots of photos

Or a second New Year

A night in Belgrade in December, and for Orthodox New Year on 13–14 January a trip to Kolašin, when the snow is at its best.

Want longer? A three-day format combines two concepts: say, a day in the mountains and an evening in Kotor. The offsite becomes a short tour of the country — with memories no restaurant can give.

Two countries

One team, two countries

Every concept has a Serbian twin. We’ll hold the party wherever most of you are.

Mountains

Kolašin ⇄ Kopaonik

Snow, fire and the whole team on one summit

Party

Šipčanik ⇄ Belgrade

An underground tunnel or a club night, dancing till dawn

Ethno

Lake Skadar ⇄ Mokra Gora

Trumpeters, long tables and a shared kolo

What we take on

You celebrate. We produce the result

NeverEnd is an event agency based in Montenegro. Corporate event planning is what we do: the agency runs the project from the brief to sorting the photos. We create the concept, find the venue, bring in suppliers, work out the budget and run the event until the last dance. All you need to do is pick a mood and fly in as a guest, like everyone else.

One contact

Every client gets their own producer. One manager to talk to instead of a dozen chats with the venue, suppliers and transport.

An honest estimate

We budget for your concept. You know what you’re paying for down to the last line — with no hidden supplier commissions.

Turnkey logistics

Group fares or a charter from Belgrade, transfers from Podgorica and Tivat, accommodation, paperwork for accounting. Logistics are part of the service, not an extra.

Easy for HR

HR doesn’t organise the event or run around with a walkie-talkie. The evening is timed to the minute and the producer is in control. HR gets to relax and dance with everyone too.

It’s simpler than it looks: citizens of Serbia, the EU, the UK and the US don’t need a visa for Montenegro. Thursday–Friday gives you a wider choice of venues than the weekend.

Six steps to midnight

Transparent, step-by-step planning — and on the night itself you don’t have to think about a thing.

Cost

How much does a New Year corporate party in Montenegro cost

We don’t have a fixed price list, and that’s honest: every trip is built around the team. The cost of a corporate event depends on the concept, the venue, the number of guests, flights and accommodation, so we agree it with you once we’ve discussed the concept.

Every line of the estimate is shown separately: venue, dinner, show, suppliers, flights, transfers and hotel.

  2. We choose the venue, programme and logistics

Who we are

NeverEnd — event production from Montenegro

Your producer is Daria Lesina, with 9 years in the events industry. Our agency has been planning weddings and corporate events in the Balkans since 2017. The team lives in Montenegro, speaks English, Russian and Montenegrin, and knows every venue in this offer first-hand, not from photos. Our experience spans hundreds of events on the coast and in the mountains. Weddings, proposals and intimate celebrations — at neverend.wedding.

Questions people ask before getting in touch

Do we need a visa for Montenegro?

Citizens of the EU, the UK, the US, Serbia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan — no. For colleagues with other passports we’ll check the entry rules and help with the paperwork.

For a team of up to 50 — at least three weeks ahead. For 100–350 — at least six: you need room blocks and group fares. Planning a New Year corporate party in Montenegro in December is a race for venues, so the best dates, 10–21 December, are taken as early as October.

From 15 people — that’s what the Kolašin chalets, the captain’s house in Perast and the Brezna ethno village are designed for. For a team of under 15 we’ll put together an intimate format on a yacht or at a villa.

A direct flight from Belgrade to Podgorica or Tivat takes about an hour. For teams of 30+ we book a group fare, for 100+ a charter. The airport transfer to the venue takes 20 minutes to an hour.

That’s exactly what Montenegro is good for: visa-free for most countries, with direct flights from Belgrade, Istanbul and European cities. We meet everyone at the airport and bring the team together in one place.

Both. The daytime part is team building: a quest, a cooking class, skiing with instructors or a regatta. The evening is a party with a show and dinner. Your people get a shared challenge and a celebration, and the company gets one event instead of two.

Yes. Each of our Montenegrin concepts has a Serbian twin: Kopaonik instead of Kolašin, a club night in Belgrade instead of Šipčanik, a ball in Novi Sad instead of Kotor. See the New Year corporate party in Serbia.

Yes, in the three-day format: for example, a day on the slopes in Kolašin and a ball in Kotor. Or a daytime kafana by Lake Skadar and an evening “Release 2027” in the tunnel.

Masks, kapa caps, bow ties, neon accessories and UV make-up are handed out at the door. Tuxedos can be rented. Guests only need the basics: a sweater, a black dress or sneakers, depending on the concept.

Every concept has an indoor venue. Snowfall in Kolašin is part of the programme, rain in Kotor moves the procession into a palazzo, and the Šipčanik tunnel doesn’t depend on the weather.

Yes. By day — a conference hall at Hilton Podgorica or the Porto Montenegro Auditorium for 200–560 participants: year in review, strategy session, training. At night — the party. We organise the business part and the celebration in one trip, with one budget and one producer.

We launched our corporate line this season — the first case studies will appear here in January. Our team has been running weddings and private events in Montenegro since 2017; client reviews are at neverend.wedding. Same venues, suppliers and logistics.

No. A company anniversary, a family day, a summer seaside trip, a strategy session in the mountains — the same concepts and locations work all year round. New Year is simply the most common occasion.

We work under a contract with a fixed estimate — that’s your budget guarantee. We invoice the company. We’ll go over the details when we talk.

Yes, we’ve been producing weddings in Montenegro since 2017 — which is why we know the country’s venues, artists and suppliers personally. A corporate event is the same production for us, just with shorter toasts and louder dancing.

Next step

Let’s create your New Year

Tell us how many of you there are, what your year was like and what world you’d like to see it off in. We’ll send a concept and a mood board and discuss the estimate. The best December dates are taken as early as October.

Our producer Daria Lesina replies on WhatsApp within an hour during working hours.
