New Year corporate party in Serbia

Five ready-made concepts for a team that works together and is finally getting together in one place. No flights: the party happens where you live, and we handle the full event planning.

Belgrade at night: embankment lights and a bridge reflected in the river

Why Serbia

A celebration where your team lives

Your people are already here, so a New Year corporate party in Belgrade starts without tickets, visas or suitcases. Our job is to make even your home city feel new: a ballroom named after Tesla, a concrete warehouse on the river, baroque Novi Sad or a film-set village in the mountains.

01

Scale

Ballrooms for hundreds of guests, one of Europe’s best club scenes and the country’s main mountain resort. There is a venue for 20 people and for 600.

02

Your city, seen anew

The Tesla Museum, industrial warehouses, a fortress above the Danube and a film-set village. Serbia as your team has never seen it, even after years of living here. An event in your own city — no travel logistics and no lost days.

03

Fun for everyone

A dance floor for those who want to party and quiet corners for those who’d rather talk. The programme is built so that nobody gets bored.

When to celebrate

Two New Years instead of one

December

The classic. Belgrade in lights, Christmas trees and the holiday season in full swing. The best venues for December Fridays are booked early — they go first.

13–14 January

Orthodox New Year. The whole country celebrates it. A great reason for a second party when everyone’s December is full — and Kopaonik has its best snow then.

2 cities

Belgrade — Novi Sad. The high-speed train brings teams from two cities together in one evening. Colleagues from Montenegro fly in from Podgorica or Tivat.

Want both? A December night in Belgrade, and for Orthodox New Year a team trip to Montenegro: the mountains of Kolašin, Kotor or the Šipčanik cellar, one hour’s flight away.

❄ Five concepts

Pick a mood — or invent your own

A New Year corporate party in Serbia can take many forms: mountains, a gala ball, a club night, a Danube waltz or Balkan cinema. Each concept is a ready-made event programme with a venue, a show, a dress code and a highlight your team will talk about all year. Didn’t find yours? We’ll create a sixth one together.

01 · Kopaonik

“Silver Mountain”

New Year on a summit where everything sparkles

Kopaonik was once called the Silver Mountain because of its old mines. Here the passing year becomes a mine from which the team dug out its wins, and at the end everyone gets a silver ingot medal with the logo and the year. It is Serbia’s best-known mountain resort, and its hotels know how to host large groups. Snow, wood, stone and the cold shine of silver; tables are named after chemical elements — Ag, Au, Cu and, of course, Si.

20–500 guests · overnight trip

Evening programme

“Silver Mountain” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Ski with instructors and race a team slalom
  • Play an inter-department bowling tournament
  • Complete the “Silver Vein” quest and trade your “ingots” for prizes
  • Ride snowmobiles or sleighs
  • Warm up in the spa and taste rakija and cheese from mountain farms

Show: après-ski with a DJ on the terrace, a cover band at dinner, acrobats in silver costumes or a light show.

Where: Grand Kopaonik — congress centre and spa, 100–400 guests · MK Mountain Resort — 10 halls and its own bowling alley, 100–500 · Viceroy Kopaonik — premium for a leadership team, 20–70.

Dress code: Silver Mountain. A warm sweater and one silver accent. Comfortable shoes: part of the evening is outdoors.

Highlight: instructors’ torchlight descent down the slope, fireworks over the resort and a silver ingot in everyone’s hands.

02 · Belgrade

“Gala of Light”

A night when literally everything sparks

Nikola Tesla is a Serbian icon and a hero to engineers worldwide: inventor, visionary and a bit of an eccentric, like any good developer. A World’s Fair–style gala begins in semi-darkness and gradually “electrifies”. The team’s ideas of the year are presented on stage as real inventions. Black, brass and electric blue, hundreds of filament bulbs above the tables, copper coils and framed blueprints. The invitation is a patent in the guest’s name.

80–600 guests · evening

“Gala of Light” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Take a private daytime tour of the Nikola Tesla Museum
  • Invent something absurd in 20 minutes and get a “patent”
  • Sip dry-ice cocktails at the science bar
  • Paint with light in a photo booth with a plasma ball

Show: a string quartet with electronic arrangements, a light dance show, “Invention of the Year” awards, a DJ after midnight.

Where: Metropol Palace — the Tesla ballroom · St. Regis Belgrade — glass hall on the Sava, up to 350 · Hyatt Regency Belgrade — Crystal Ballroom, up to 600.

Dress code: Electric Black Tie. Evening wear with one metallic or electric-blue accent.

Highlight: Tesla coils start playing a tune with lightning, and the whole room freezes.

03 · Belgrade

«Belgrade After Dark»

A night you’ll be retelling all year

All of Europe knows Belgrade by night. This evening is your guide to it, with the comfort of a private party: first dinner and the year in review, then dancing till dawn with a headliner. Concrete, strobes and a crowd of your own people, a neon sign with the company name and projections of the year’s best moments from your work chats. No speeches, no MC games.

50–650 guests · evening and night

“Belgrade After Dark” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Eat pljeskavica, ćevapi and palačinke at a street-food dinner — with a vegan station too
  • Take the decks for 15 minutes after a DJ masterclass
  • Request your track via a QR jukebox
  • Play board games in a chill zone with a quiet bar

Show: live sax or percussion with the DJ, a Belgrade scene headliner after midnight, confetti cannons on the countdown.

Where: Fabrika Beograd — industrial hall with a courtyard, 80–250 · Bitef Art Cafe — concert-level sound and light, 50–650 · Beton Hala clubs where the Sava meets the Danube, up to 400.

Dress code: All Black. Everything black, style is up to you.

Highlight: the countdown, a burst of confetti and a dance floor till sunrise. And on the way out in the morning — burek and yoghurt, as Belgrade tradition demands.

04 · Novi Sad

“Danube Ball”

Waltz, candles and wine above the Danube

Novi Sad was long part of the Habsburg Empire: baroque façades, a fortress above the Danube and its own wine culture. By day — the underground galleries of Petrovaradin and a stroll through Sremski Karlovci; by night — a waltz lesson and a real ball. The symbol of the evening is bermet, a dessert wine said to have been served on the Titanic. Powder blue, ivory and gold, with dance cards at every seat.

20–300 guests · day and evening

Evening programme

“Danube Ball” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Do a lantern quest through the fortress’s underground galleries
  • Visit 2–3 family wineries in Sremski Karlovci
  • Learn the waltz in 20 minutes and take the floor for the first dance together
  • Complete the tasks in your dance card: dance with a colleague from another city, make a toast

Show: a chamber orchestra opens the ball with a waltz, a ballroom couple’s showcase, string covers of pop hits, then a DJ.

Where: Petrovaradin Fortress — by day · Veritas Čuković winery — 20–60 · a ballroom in Novi Sad with accommodation — 80–300.

Dress code: Evening ball. Long dresses, dark suits or tuxedos. Masks and boutonnières wait at the entrance.

Highlight: midnight, glasses of bermet and fireworks over the Danube. And your back-end developer asks someone to waltz for the first time in his life.

05 · Mokra Gora

“Balkan Cinema”

New Year on a film set

For many, Serbia began with Balkan cinema and brass bands. Here your team steps into such a film and plays the lead: by day we shoot a short film about your year, by night there’s a premiere and a feast on the scale of a Balkan wedding. A wooden village, snow on the roofs, trumpeters round the corner, Pirot kilims and film posters featuring your team.

20–300 guests · overnight trip

Evening programme

“Balkan Cinema” — evening programme

What you’ll do

  • Ride the Šargan Eight steam train through 22 tunnels
  • Shoot your scene for the team film with a real cameraman
  • Walk the red carpet to the premiere in an underground cinema
  • Taste šljivovica, dunja and kruška with stories about homemade rakija
  • Ski on the Iver slope next to the village

Show: trumpeters greet guests at the gate, Balkan jazz, kolo for everyone.

Where: Drvengrad, Mokra Gora — a village with its own cinema, 20–60 · Zlatibor hotels — large halls nearby, 80–300 · Skadarlija kafanas, Belgrade — the city version, 30–150.

Dress code: Balkan Cinema. Vintage, colourful scarves, hats, waistcoats. Warm shoes are a must.

Highlight: in the middle of dinner the trumpeters burst in, the whole team joins the kolo, and fireworks rise over the valley. Živeli!

06 · Your theme

“Any scenario”

The five concepts are what we’ve already put together. But your party doesn’t have to order from the menu: a medieval feast in a fortress, a school of magic, a dark superhero city, a space station, 1940s noir. We write a script with roles and a finale, build sets and lighting for the world, hand out costumes at the door and design activities everyone joins in — not just three people while the rest watch.

What we take on

You celebrate. We produce the result

NeverEnd is an event agency in the Balkans. Corporate event planning in Serbia is a full-cycle service for us: we create the concept and team building, find the venue, bring in suppliers, work out the budget and run the party until the last dance. All you need to do is pick a mood and come as a guest, like everyone else.

One contact

One producer for the whole event instead of a dozen chats with the venue, suppliers and transport.

An honest estimate

We budget for your concept, so you know what you’re paying for down to the last line. Suppliers, venue and programme are itemised, with no hidden commissions.

Turnkey logistics

For an offsite event in Kopaonik or Mokra Gora: buses, trains, accommodation, paperwork for accounting. Logistics are part of the service, not an extra.

Beauty in the details

From a patent invitation to a silver ingot keepsake.

Easy for HR

The timing is planned to the minute and a producer is on site. HR gets to relax and dance with everyone too.

Six steps to midnight

Transparent, step-by-step planning — and on the night itself you don’t have to think about a thing.

Cost

How much does a New Year corporate party in Belgrade cost

We don’t have a fixed price list, and that’s honest: every party is built around the team. The cost of a New Year corporate party in Belgrade depends on the concept, the venue, the number of guests and the programme, so we agree it with you once we’ve discussed the concept.

Every line of the estimate is shown separately: venue, dinner, show, suppliers, logistics. You see straight away what makes up the total and what can be changed.

How we budget

An estimate for your concept

  1. We discuss the concept, guest numbers and dates
  2. We choose the venue and programme

Who we are

NeverEnd — event production in the Balkans

Your producer is Daria Lesina, with 9 years in the events industry. Our agency has been planning weddings and corporate events in the Balkans since 2017. The team speaks English, Russian and the local language and knows the venues first-hand, not from photos. In Serbia we work with local suppliers we know personally, and the producer comes for the preparation and the event itself. Weddings, proposals and intimate celebrations — at neverend.wedding.

Questions people ask before getting in touch

How far in advance should we book?

For a team of up to 50 — at least three weeks ahead; for 100–600 — at least six. December Fridays in Belgrade are booked first, so it’s best to start planning in October. Orthodox New Year on 13–14 January is a backup option with more venues available.

From 20 people — that’s what Viceroy Kopaonik, Drvengrad and the Sremski Karlovci wineries are designed for. For a smaller team we’ll arrange an intimate dinner in a kafana or a winery.

Yes, the “Danube Ball” takes place entirely in Novi Sad. If the team is split between two cities, we’ll bring your Belgrade colleagues by high-speed train and back.

About four hours from Belgrade. That’s why these concepts are two-day trips with accommodation and transfers rather than a single evening.

Both. Team building by day — a quest, skiing with instructors, wineries or a film shoot — and a party with a show and dinner at night. Your people get a shared challenge and a celebration, and the company gets one event instead of two: team building and a party in a single programme.

Yes. Not every corporate party needs a ballroom: for a team of 30–80 we’ll find a restaurant or a kafana in Skadarlija, book it exclusively and put together the evening — music, host, photographer. The restaurant stays a restaurant, but the party becomes yours.

So that HR isn’t the organiser at their own party. An event agency takes on the planning — venue, suppliers and programme — and experience provides the answer when something doesn’t go to plan, from the weather to a late artist.

Yes. A conference or strategy session in a hotel hall by day, a party at night. One event, one budget, one producer.

Then take a look at the New Year corporate party in Montenegro: one hour’s flight from Belgrade, two to three days, the mountains of Kolašin, Kotor and the Šipčanik underground tunnel. In December or for Orthodox New Year.

Masks, boutonnières, photo props and neon accessories are handed out at the door. Guests only need the basics.

We launched our corporate line this season; the first case studies will appear here in January. Our team has been running events in the Balkans since 2017 — client reviews are at neverend.wedding.

We work under a contract with a fixed estimate — that’s your budget guarantee. We invoice the company. We’ll go over the details when we talk.

Next step

Let’s create your New Year

Tell us how many of you there are and what your year was like. We’ll send a concept and a mood board and discuss the estimate. December Fridays in Belgrade go first, so it’s best to start now.
